Gratefulness is a mysterious magnetism — attracting what is good and true for us

This grateful mindset (or better yet, heartset) shifts everything.

As we focus on what we have instead of what’s missing, we align ourselves with God’s purpose, opening a mysterious magnetism that draws what is truly good.

Our lives are fashioned uniquely by the Father. So he knows what is good and true for us. Every detail.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights …” (James 1.17 ESV).

God uniquely crafts our lives with what is right for us. But beware. Ungratefulness? It can block or delay those blessings meant for you.

Gratitude is above and beyond feeling thankful—it’s about preparing our life to flow in the Higher Design the Father offers.

"For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened" (Romans 1.21 NIV).

A life void of gratitude leads to futile thinking and darkened hearts. This can block or hinder the full spectrum of our Father’s Higher Design in our lives.

As we thank Him first, we’re positioned to authentically express gratitude in every part of life—family, friendships, work, and more.

Feeling dry on this?

Gratitude often begins with a choice. Don’t worry about the feels! Taking deliberate steps toward thankfulness can unlock a steady flow of joy and blessing.

Initiating gratitude is like priming a pump — it starts as a deliberate choice, even when we feel stuck or don’t have the emotional energy for it.

Once we grab the pump’s handle, though, gratitude has the power to unlock a steady stream. It taps into a deep reservoir within us, transforming how we see and what we can experience.

Awaken the pleasure of the Father. Do we realize that our authentic pleasure in life dovetails with his pleasure over us?

Gratitude prepares us for this higher way of living, shaping our hearts and aligning us with heaven’s frequencies.

Let’s cultivate a discipline to pause and thank God often. Throughout our days and weeks. He’s preparing you for even greater things ahead. I’m challenged.

Gratitude is one of the most powerful human emotions. Once expressed, it changes attitude, brightens outlook and broadens our perspective.

🗣️Weird: the benefits of talking to yourself

Go ahead, be weird to be well.

Benefits of talking to yourself include regulating emotions—like a "thermostat" that helps you adjust the temperature of your feelings throughout the day. It can also act as a release valve, letting off steam to reduce stress, enhance problem-solving, and improve your performance on tasks.

Plus, it sharpens your focus and boosts motivation. And who knows? You might even find it fun. 🙄

Sometimes you have to be a weirdo to power up in this thing we call life!

Now, imagine the transformative power of speaking God’s Word out loud—even affirming inspired Scripture in the first person.

It’s like breathing in the very breath of God and releasing it into your persoal world, and the world-at-large.
