Learn to handle baiting with confidence by avoiding the enemy's tactics, standing firm in your identity in Christ, and focusing on God's authority. Silence, not engagement, is a powerful strategy to break free from false control.

When the enemy baits you, try this

Ever had the enemy 👿—or one of his puppets (you know what I mean)—try to bait you? Quite often, the best move is no move at all.

A quiet, under-the-breath response like, "The Lord rebuke you, Satan" (see Jude 1:9) may be all that’s needed. Less is best.

The adversary loves to set the terms, to lure you into playing by his rules. Don’t engage. Act as if he has no leverage—because he doesn’t.

Choosing to non-react shows their tactics are too insignificant to entertain.

You’re signaling that the Son of God has regenerated you and given you His Spirit. You’re a new species of being recreated in Christ (2 Corinthians 5.17). So you don’t play on that level.

Your spiritual, mental, and emotional bandwidth is too valuable to waste on what’s beneath you. Let them posture as if they have dominion—though, in truth, you do.

Their words carry no weight … the only words with true authority in your life are the ones God speaks.

Conflict gives them a fake sense of control. Instead of engaging, focus on the work of your Father. Your quiet confidence will rattle them.

💪 Stay based.

Experiment with this approach this week. You’ll enjoy it.
