83% of Christians made their first commitment to Jesus during childhood or early youth
We have a Kingdom-grade calling from the Lord when it comes to parenting, grandparenting, and evangelizing and developing children for Christ. David wrote, “A posterity shall serve Him. It will be recounted of the Lord to the next generation. They will come and declare His righteousness to a people who will be born, that He has done this” (Psalm 22.30-31 NKJV).
Surveys show that 83% of Christians made their first commitment to Jesus during childhood or early youth. The chance of someone choosing to follow Christ declines as they grow older.
We need to scale our commitment to reach and develop children for Christ—don’t let the world’s system win and disciple them.
