Move things for the good with ‘prayer wireframes’

The Smart Edit wants you strong for prayer. So many good things are downstream from effective, high-leverage prayer.

In design and development, wireframes are like essential blueprints, outlining the structure of websites or apps before adding finer details. They are also used for product design, project workflow, instructional design, and more.

These simple, stripped-down guides offer clarity, focus, and direction, ensuring creators stay aligned from concept to completion.

I’m thinking about wireframes as a powerful concept for prayer.

Using a “wireframe mindset” in prayer helps us focus on what truly matters. In prayer, we can build a foundation of clarity that keeps us grounded and centered.

Here’s a universal and timeless example—the Lord’s Prayer:

➡️ Praise and honoring the Father: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.”

➡️ Submission and invoking the Kingdom: “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

➡️ Petition: “Give us today our daily bread.”

➡️ Confession: “Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.”

➡️ Dependence and spiritual warfare: “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.”

➡️ Declaration of authority: “Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory.”

It’s good to pray the Lord’s prayer word-for-word. I do. But the real power is using it as a wireframe … expanding each element and praying it hot!

The authority of prayer wireframes

There is real authority in building prayer wireframes from Scripture. Paul’s apostolic prayer in Ephesians 1:17–19 offers another example of structured prayer. Next week, I’ll show an example of this and explore more about prayer wireframes.

Prayer wireframes are not restricting—they can provide “white space” for praying in the Spirit as well. Like improv in jazz.

You can also develop prayer wireframes based on the Holy Spirit’s promptings, impressions, and words. Always make sure they fit within the truth and spirit of the inspired Scriptures.

I encourage you to review prayer wireframes in your journal, on cards, or in an app on your phone.

Incorruptible love for Christ. “Grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with undying and incorruptible love” (Galations 6.24 AMP). The grace of the Father (empowerment to live by the Father’s Design) flows increasingly to those who love Christ all the way. It’s an undying love. And it’s a love that is not corrupted by legalism, control, a mutated prosperity gospel, a cheap grace, or misrepresenting God in any way. Want his fulness and grace upon grace (see John 1.16)? Love Christ in this way.

We may be entering a Season of Renaissance. There are likely parallels between what God is doing in nations and in the True Church. A renaissance is a rebirthing, a re-gening. It’s Kingdom genetics. Look for this regenerative grace to flow from the Macro to the Micro of your personal world.

It takes discipline, but you can attain momentum. Engage the Scriptures until you hear the living, present voice of the Lord speaking to you. That’s where faith comes from. Through obedience, you can build your best life on the Rock.

Benefits of Sunlight Sunlight: Triggers the release of beta-endorphins, promoting pain relief, wound healing, and improved mood. It’s essential for producing vitamin D3, the "sunshine vitamin," which boosts immunity and fights inflammation—a key factor in many health issues. Be mindful to enjoy sunlight in safe, non-damaging doses.

Red Light Therapy: Red light therapy uses lamps, devices, or lasers to stimulate mitochondria, your cells’ energy producers, enhancing cellular energy. It may aid in conditions like dementia, dental pain, hair loss, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, and wrinkles.

Although often done in medical or salon settings, personal red light devices are available. Consult your doctor before starting.
