Launch farther: living in God’s surpassing grace

Whether you always feel like it or not, in Christ, you’re recreated for above & beyond.

The ancient Greek word huperbolē means “a throwing beyond.”

It came from the world of Greco-Roman athletics—think shot put or javelin—where an athlete stretched and exerted everything to exceed the line.

Paul used huperbolē to describe the surpassing grace and power of God.

God mingled with you can exceed the mark …
