Evaluation: Jesus Way KPIs

Key performance indicators are measures used to evaluate the success of an organization, employee, initiative, team, personal life, and more.

“According to THE WAY” (Acts 24.14). Early Christ-followers were called “the Way” (see Acts 9.2, 19.9, 19.23, 22.4, 24.14).

By God’s empowering grace, here are 12 Jesus Way KPIs for self-evaluation:

  • Love walk: Supreme value with God. Loving him by loving others.

  • Discipled: Are you learning from Christ via his Body?

  • Discipling: Relaying the torch of Christlikeness.

  • Quality of Word life: How nourishing is your scripture intake?

  • Quality of prayer life: Wide open conversation with the Father.

  • Living clean: Clean is evergreen. Steadfastly pure in heart and action.

  • Relational integrity: Walking the talk in all your connections.

  • Meaningful connection with community of faith: Equipped. Kingdom currency runs on kingdom connections.

  • Developing new nature: Shedding old habits. Embracing all things new.

  • Value for serving: Finding joy in selfless, even hidden acts.

  • Spirit-led living: Letting the Holy Spirit guide your moves.

  • Ministry/spiritual gift identity: Unleashing uniqueness in Christ for the common good.

“Each of us will give an account of himself to God” (Romans 14.12 ESV). Jesus examines us now. And he will totally appraise us at the Bema Judgment Seat of Christ — “we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ” (2 Cor 5.10 ESV).

There’s an empowering grace available! Be encouraged. Be all you can be in “the WAY” of Christ.
